About Your Real Estate "Go To Girls"

Kierra Stafford

With a strong 7 year experience in real estate, Kierra Stafford was born to sell! Catch her during her best month in sales or her worst & she'll give you the same answer "I love Real Estate!". Whether it's previewing properties, working with sellers, negotiating contracts, showing an immaculate home or a beat up foreclosure - if it's related to real estate, she enjoys doing it. There's something special about finding a career path that not only makes you smile daily but one that adds value to the lives of others. Once you've found that happy medium, you've found what you were born to do. When she's not out selling million dollar homes, Kierra spends her time learning the latest dance moves with her 8 year old sister & helping to promote change & positivity within Detroit as a community activist.

Her favorite Detroit Neighborhood? "There are so many beautiful neighborhoods in Detroit" she says,  "but if I had to choose? Indian Village. I love the rich history, architecture of the homes & the story they seem to tell. Yeah, Indian Village gives me the warm fuzzies inside(laughing)."

Valyncia Page

.

Licensed in Real Estate the day she turned 18. Real Estate runs in Valyncia's family. Her parents owned what was once Keller Williams Realty Detroit the #1 real estate company in the Detroit market for 10 years, then converted into their own franchise, Front Page Realty Detroit for the past 3 years. Due to that, Valyncia has been in Real Estate ever since she was 12 - working for her parents doing mass media marketing for their listed houses, advertising to her friends parents, and receptionist work. Valyncia essentially grew up in the business.

What motivates her most in this line of work is the look on a persons face when they've acquired a new house or have been helped getting through pre-foreclosure. Also, being  from Detroit causes her to have a great passion for the area she's serving and to value the city more than others, who sell Detroit, and aren't from Detroit. Catch her doing community work every weekend around her showing appointments in order to insure a bright future for her city!

Her favorite Detroit Neighborhood? "I love them all, but if I had to choose I would choose Boston Edison District & Morgan Waterfront Estates. I know it's two but I love the historical mansions in Boston Edison like Berrys Gordys, however, I love the newer ones that are being built in Morgan Estates for new greats to make historical memories."
